PRIVACY POLICY

Who we are
SHIFT+ is operated by SHIFT+, based in Texas. You can reach us at shiftplusfitness@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Account information: email address, and name if you provide it.
- Training profile: your shift pattern, available training days and session lengths, equipment access, training experience, and training goal.
- Session activity: workouts you complete, weights and reps you log, and how you rate your energy or recovery on a given day.
- Support messages you send us.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.
- Cookies and similar technologies for keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and measuring traffic.
Information we do not collect:
- We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or clinical health data.
- We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card details directly under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To build and adjust your training plan.
- To operate your account and process your subscription.
- To send service messages about your account, and marketing emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- To improve the product, including analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your training profile or session data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train models for anyone outside SHIFT+ without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run SHIFT+, and only what they need:
- Stripe — billing
- Gmail — account and marketing email
- Buildy.ai / its underlying host — hosting and infrastructure
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will notify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and training data while your account is active and for 90 days after you cancel, so you can return without losing your history. You can request deletion at any time and we will delete within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email shiftplusfitness@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law.
Children
SHIFT+ is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We’ll post updates here with a new date, and notify you by email for material changes.
