SAFETY + SCOPE
Fitness guidance with a clear boundary.
This page is informational. SHIFT+ provides general fitness programming and planning, not a substitute for qualified healthcare advice.
GENERAL FITNESS SCOPE
SHIFT+ helps you plan training around changing work hours.
The service uses the schedule, time, equipment, location, goals, and recovery information you provide to organize general fitness options. It does not evaluate your health or determine whether exercise is safe for you.
What SHIFT+ does not provide
- Medical care or clinical advice
- Physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
- Emergency advice or emergency response
- Individualized nutrition or dietary advice
Use the plan as general education. Make your own decisions about whether a session fits the day you have and the condition you are in.
Pause when your body gives you a reason.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate care for an injury, chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or any other urgent or unusual symptom. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning or continuing an exercise program if you have a pregnancy-related concern, chronic condition, sleep disorder, or other health concern.
