How to cancel
Sign in to your SHIFT+ member dashboard and choose Manage membership. That opens the member billing portal, where you can cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to your paid member experience through that date, and the subscription will not renew afterward.
Refunds
We do not provide partial-period refunds, except for the existing first-payment refund policy. If SHIFT+ is not right for you, email shiftplusfitness@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that first subscription period in full.
